He has multisectoral experience in power, transportation, intellectual property, Entertainment law and Information Communications Technology (ICT) disciplines.

He has coordinated several Public – Private Partnership (PPP) projects including the Abuja Mass Transit project (2006- ), The Reform of the Sierra Leone Ports Authority (SLPA) (2006) and was part of the core legal team for the privatisation of the Nigeria Port Authority (NPA) and the Nigeria Railways Corporation (NRC). Currently, Audu is working on the Privatisation of the 18 Distribution and generation companies

formed out of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN).

He also represented Africa in Unidroit Sub-Committee of Governmental Experts for the Preparation of a Preliminary Draft Protocol to the convention on International Interest in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Space Assets, 2005.
