Ramlah Ibrahim Nok

Ramlah Ibrahim Nok is a dedicated and forward-thinking Business Lawyer with a passion for helping entrepreneurs, start-ups, and creatives build legally sound and structured businesses. She also takes an interest in culture and heritage.

She obtained her Law degree from Ahmadu Bello University in 2015 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016 after completing her BL at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos campus. Her legal journey spans both private and public sectors, having served as Company Secretary, Legal Officer, and Administrative Officer in various organisations, providing corporate legal advisory and ensuring regulatory compliance.

During her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), she served as support staff to the Director of Budget and Monitoring & Evaluation at the Ministry of National Budget and Planning, where she gained critical experience in public sector operations and strategic planning.

Ramlah is also a Certified Mediator, equipped to resolve commercial and interpersonal disputes amicably, an increasingly valuable skill in today’s fast-paced business landscape.

Beyond law, she serves as the Programs Officer of the JAM-Initiative, actively advocating for civil liberties, climate change awareness, and the protection of vulnerable children.

She is a proud member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and a Fellow of the prestigious Kashim Ibrahim Fellowship, where she deepened her leadership, public policy, and governance acumen.

Ramlah combines her legal expertise with a deep understanding of modern business needs. Her mission is simple: to simplify legal processes and empower business owners with the tools and structure they need to thrive.
